Dinner:
- Brown Rice
- Salad: Cut Spinach, Tomatoes, Cucumber, Seasoned with salt and pepper
- Fried Trout: Marinate trout with Yogurt, Turmeric, Cumin Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Garlic, Ginger, Olive oil, Salt. Let it sit for 30 mins to an hour. Deep fry or bake as per your taste.
- Dessert: Greek Yogurt with cut bananas, brown sugar and cardamom
